Fully independent room, 32 square metres, newly renovated, with brand-new appliances and bedding. 1.6-metre king-size bed. No smoking indoors (you can smoke outside the emergency exit). You need to use the stairs. The room is on the third floor, 3F-A. There is no lift. Good sunlight. The room is located within a 2-minute walk from the station, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, and commercial street. The location is very convenient. However, because it is too close to the station, there will be some noise from passing trams. The trams stop running at 1 pm at night and start again at 5 am in the morning. If you are afraid of noise and have trouble sleeping, please consider another B&B. The nearest station is Nankai Electric Railway's Kusahama Station. It's very convenient for getting to the airport or the city centre in Namba.

In Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi, you can still find old Japanese row houses. We had a unique accommodation designed by T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando. The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents.
