Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sumida River

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

Anyway, it was a clean space in every corner of the room, and it was a very good impression for us with our children. The mattress was also comfortable, and I personally had a picture book, a baby chair, and a baby bath, which was very helpful. The host is very responsive and very polite. They also handled it flexibly when there were changes to this flight time. At one point, the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be careful for elderly people who need to climb stairs. It is located about 5 minutes by taxi from Ueno Station, but it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is recommended for those who want to relax with their family. Thank you very much. Particularly sophisticated with flowers everywhere, even The doorways are decorated with care.The room is clean and tidy, and comfortable to stay in.Various furniture designs are interesting.The bathroom is a three-separated design, which is very convenient to use and does not affect each other.Overall, I had a great stay, great for friends who like quiet and pay attention to the environment. The only drawback is that the traffic is far from the city, suitable for friends by car.

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

The place looks brand new. The location is great; There are convenience stores and a mall close by. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are very responsive and very accommodating to our special requests. My family stayed here for a week and we all enjoyed and felt at home here.

The apartment was as described and comfortable. We had initially not planned on using the pull out bed but my husband wanted more bed space so we changed our minds after the first night. The host was very responsive with this request and actually ensured it was set up for our second night while we were out exploring. Communication was clear and host is very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the washing machine was very helpful while we were there. The shower room was great with no water pressure issues. There are lots of close convenient store options with a close grocery store as well which was great to stock up on breakfast, drinks and snacks for our stay. Necessary kitchen ware is provided. Towels are very soft but not the most absorbent. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. Ueno station was about a 12-15 minute walk away.

Great place to stay! Everything we wanted to check out in Shibuya was walking distance. Although it was small for three people, it was such a great deal! We would definitely book this again but with two people max. It was really easy to find the airbnb and getting into the space. Umbrellas are provided which helped a lot!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.
