Great place to stay !

We spent almost 2 months in this condo and loved it. The view is incredible and the unit is very comfortable. The kitchen was the most well-appointed that we've had in an AirBnB. The location is great with restaurants and small markets on the first floor. Both LaLa Port and Times Square malls are about a 10 minute walk. The WiFi as about 500Mbs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was there. No surprises, just a solid, pleasant stay. Would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed the stay at the Pollux Habibie Tower. There was a nightmarket right next to the apartment that is worth a visit!

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Very clean and comfortable!! We’ve been to many Sunway Grid Airbnb, this is now our new favourite! There are many 5* reviewed listings we’ve been to in JB, but many aren’t always as clean as they should be. This apartment was clean and comfortable, with sufficient couch/seating space to lounge around. Beds were comfortable, with clean bedlinen. Appreciated the fact that kitchen had sufficient crockery & utensils, and clean towels as well. Location is pretty convenient too. Eateries and shops all within walking distance. We always love Sunway Grid coz it’s convenient yet peaceful, quiet and safe. Thank you for a comfortable stay. My kids esp love the game console, which was such a bonus for theme Will be back!

Responsive host, place was clean and tidy. Host allowed us to check in early to put the bags. One thing to highlight is that the location is a bit out of the way, there are only 2 units (included this airbnb) at the area, other are just construction site. Some grab drivers took some time to find the place, but there is no a big issue.

很幸运这个房东是华人，沟通起来没有一点难度，我们8人入住需要自己煮饭吃，房东总是想办法为我们解决很多问题，炉不够拿了瓦斯炉过来，煲不够又拿了一个煲过来，为我们出游出谋划策，给很多建议给我们，住了四天感觉像自己家一样，床铺很舒服一觉睡到天亮，入住的时候还有贴心的小点心和代表中国人过年的大桔子，简直太贴心了。强烈推荐这家名宿很适合中国人。

Stay 1 night in Melaka for visiting friend who is sick and this homestay provided the most nearest, comfy and cleanliness upon staying. The house is superb and fantastic, no problem arise once checked in.Host was very responsive and friendly too. We had an absolutely incredible experience! The amenities and proximity to fhe beach were just what we were looking for. Its great for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend! We'll stay here every time we're in town!

Friendly host, responsive, fit nicely either on vacation or working trip.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and location is great. We chose this spot for the proximity to the beach. The general pool, playground and other space is very well maintained. Even though the mosque is basically next to the unit but we slept through without issues. This vacation condo is really worth it. We had a very restful weekend.

Nice environment, tidy house, house owner friendly for help

This is my second time at Sonia’s place and it’s still worth it. I like it that they have a vacuum now to help keep the place clean. The best part of this unit is always the view of the petronas tower and how close it is from the train station. The host gave a very detailed instructions on how to get in. Highly recommended.

The accomodation was great, clean and complete. its very comfortable, and secure. All instructions is crystal clear. the bed was comfy the bathroom is clean. Host Alvin very responseful and fast to reply to any texts.

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

We had a very comfortable stay for 9 days. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious with minimalistic design which we appreciated and enjoyed. Close to the airport and walkable to Queensbay mall. Very convenient to use Grab to explore Penang. CY and Marcus were very responsive and considerate hosts. Highly recommended.
