From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Zum Baden, Angeln oder Surfen an den wunderschönen Rottachsee sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Auch die Allgäuer Skigebiete erreicht ihr nach kurzer Fahrt. Auf der eigenen Terasse genießt Ihr Bergblick und könnt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Our house is in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 persons (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
