L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Little house in the historic centre

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests.
