Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sukošan

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Really nice private apartment with a big garden. Host and family were really welcoming and helped me out loads when I had car troubles. Great location too with shortcuts to the beach

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival - a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries, and a stocked refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The accommodation was clean, very well maintained and well equipped. The pool in particular was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

Lovely apartment, perfect location in the cute town, steps away from the action but you have your own green oasis to relax in. Hosts are as beautiful as everyone says.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

We loved our stay at Tea’s apartment. She was very friendly and extremely responsive, and the apartment itself was very homely. The location was good as well - only around 20 or 30 minute walk from the city centre. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Cvita is really a golden gem in Bibinje, a cute little Croatian town outside of Zadar. Within 30 seconds you have nice restaurants and perfect swimming spots. Cvita was a great host! Could not recommend enough.

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

great place with a beautiful sea view, magical sunset with the terrace in front a little annoyed with the insulation because at night it was cold but otherwise very clean and well equipped insect problem in the bathroom at the toilet but it's part of the charm of nature small noise from the highway but does not bother at all, downstairs the restaurant with a view of the sea too beautiful thanks for staying

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in seclusion. The only sounds are the birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers and if someone doubts whether it could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to burn all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete zen... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀

The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. In the house there was very good air conditioning available and the view from the balcony as well as the common area is incredibly beautiful. With some hiking you will find very great swimming spots for swimming and snorkeling but bathing shoes are recommended. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
