The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. This A-frame is elevated 20ft in the air, overlooking a private pond with a neighboring elk farm and a beautiful golf course. And of course sunrises that won’t disappoint ! No pet policy. No parties or events. *NO elopements or weddings permitted on the property unless a contract is signed with the owner.
