Holiday rentals with beach access in Subic

The place was exactly described-clean, and cozu. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was great, quiet and safe. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and accomodating throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesistate to book this place again in the future.

Ate Lina is very welcoming and accommodating as a host. The place is also clean and free from flies. The AC is superb and cools the room very quickly. Velvet and comforters are also provided aside from the usual linen as "kumot." Very nice place, definitely worth your money.

The house itself is worth every buck. There was an issue with the AC but they were able to resolve it right away. We had personal emergency but they did their best to assist us. The unit itself is very clean, modern look and the highlight is : it has direct access to the sky garden which is I like very much. Sobrang lawak nung sky garden for the kids to run around. (parang onti lng ung mga unit na meron nito) Complete din with toiletries, kitchen utensils, microwave and ref. 2 bathrooms are both very clean. The veranda is VERY SPACIOUS! I think you can do bbq there if I'm not mistaken. Wave pool - additional fee but worth it. Nabawi naman ung stress sa personal emergency namin. Will definitely come back if may chance ulit.

If you're looking for a memorable group getaway in Pundaquit, this is the place! The outdoor space with the barbecue setup was fantastic for evenings with family and friends, all under the shade of a wonderful mango tree. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes was incredibly convenient. With three rooms and a shared kitchen/dining area, it's perfectly set up for comfortable reunions and big gatherings. We made some great memories here!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at The Meydan Suites, a cozy studio-type unit located in Azure North, Pampanga. The unit was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to local attractions. The amenities of Azure North were a highlight — especially the pool area, which gave off a relaxing resort vibe. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend The Meydan Suites to anyone visiting Pampanga.

My family and I had a great stay at Villasol. The place was just a short walk away from the beach and central to everything (church, convenience stores, drugstore, market, etc.), yet peaceful and far enough away from the noise and crowd. The house has plenty of space, good for 10-12pax. We felt right at home, since all the amenities mentioned were present. Kudos to the family, especially Ms. Rona who made us feel welcome and Ms. Jennifer who responds to all our queries promptly. Highly recommended when visiting Morong. Thank you!

The host and the caretaker are really approachable and responsive. It’s indeed ‘What you see is what you get’. The place is really nice and peaceful. I love how the caretaker took care of us during our stay! We’ll definitely come back! 💯

Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Abe's place is a great deal. Very responsive host. Kesa mag rent sa mismong resort, mas maganda sa place niya dahil makakatipid ka pa at feels like second home na din. There is also a sari sari store sa tabi ng bahay. The place is clean and nice.

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

My family and I had a great holiday staycation in Anna’s place. My son and husband enjoy playing ps4 while my parents enjoy taking selfies in the balcony. The unit is facing the pool side which makes it more cozy and relaxing. Internet is stable, aircondition is also functioning well. The Azure North sand and wave pool made our stay much fun. My son and my parents loved it too. Thank you Anna for being friendly, responsive, and accommodating all my queries, we will surely back soon! Your place and you is highly recommended. 🙂

the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

We all enjoyed our stay in Raffy’s place. It’s very accessible being located only at the 4th floor, which means convenient if you’re coming with senior. The PS5 and the karaoke are definitely must have entertainment. The place is huge and clean plus pet friendly! The balcony is spacious enough for small gatherings and you can see the wave pool below. If you’re bringing a car, they also have a parking slot so no worries for private parking. It also has a seven eleven convenience store at the building. The host is also very responsive.
