Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Villa Edy is a large detached house with a garden and swimming pool (it is under construction and will be available from May/June 2025) that comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Beautiful view of the Neive hills within walking distance of the center of Barbaresco. Ideal solution for families and couples of friends who want to enjoy the Langhe and outdoor life. Discounts for long stays and unlimited Wi-Fi, perfect for remote working.

Suite of the former granary at Tenuta San Rocco

Panoramic suite on two levels obtained inside the old granary of the Estate, with breathtaking views of the hills. Inside there is an equipped kitchenette made from a carpenter's bench, a wood-burning fireplace, a hammock, a living area with an armchair and a turntable, and a private Finnish sauna. Despite being independent, the accommodation enjoys all the services of the estate, from catering to relaxation and sports hiking activities.

Torre Veglio is a historic private tower, nestled in the Monferrato vineyards, with no neighbors or noise, reserved for one stay at a time.
