Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

Hello This was my second time staying at Iren's house...and it was great. If you are looking for an escape from the city and people this is the place for you, the contact with Iren is excellent she is always helpful I recommend this house !!! do not forget that you have to organize your own food and cleaning and that is not a problem you can buy food in Marmari Thank you Iren If life allows it I will come back

Staying here was a very good experience ! Κωνσταντίνος and his family were so nice and helpful, and I felt very welcomed :) The location is perfect, not far from Athenes airport (with bus+ferry), juste in front of a beautiful beach at the shadow of trees for daily swims and reading. The view on the terrace to contemplate the sea and the silhouette of the islands is so relaxing. What else can one ask :) It's better to have a car to go explore the beautiful Euboea and eat delicious food around.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptional location overlooking Nea Styra and the sea. Spacious inside with two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with air conditioning while the one on the first floor has a ceiling fan. Thanks to the breeze, it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner but it was enough to open the windows to have a cool house. On the first floor there is a terrace where you can admire the view, as from the garden, and enjoy the starry sky at night. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. Alexis was very helpful and we thank him for his valuable tips on beaches and restaurants. Recommended for those looking for a relaxing, quiet place but not too far from the center.

Really a great place to stay, only the way to the place is not quite as great but the beach and the amenities were great. The host responded very quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place!
