A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Tiffany Gold è una bellissima casetta indipendete, completamente ristrutturata con una vista unica, si affaccia, direttamente sulla laguna. Potrete godere di tramonti mozzafiato dalla vostra camera da letto. E' strutturata su due piani: al piano terra cucina e comodo divano letto per una persona e al primo piano una stupenda camera matrimoniale con bagno. Anche se solo per pochi giorni, tutti meritano una volta nella vita di vedere Burano dall’alba al tramonto in una piccola casa rosa sul canale, decorata a mano con fiori, atmosfere da cottage, una casa dove sentirsi a casa, felice e sereno. Flora Cottage è stata interamente restaurata nel 2023 ma senza stravolgerla nella sua storia. Con un minuzioso progetto di relooking ad ogni pennellata sbocciavano foglie, fiori e rami fioriti i cui sembra di sentirne il profumo. Ci vediamo a Burano! Silvia

Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi.
