Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stresa

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grills chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Antonella’s place was great! She was super friendly and helpful, and everything was as described in the house. Beautiful decoration, kitchen with great amenities and in general a well maintained place. Highly recommend!

A real favourite for this house perched on the heights with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, all in a peaceful and privileged setting. We were delighted with our stay, everything is there: comfort, space, view, amenities, everything you need is there. We didn't see our host but we could easily communicate with him. We will be happy to return to this little haven of peace.

We had a fabulous time at Elena's place! As many others have said, the house is enormous and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We weren't familiar with this area before our visit, but we quickly fell in love with it. Elena gave us such a warm welcome and took wonderful care of us and our dogs. We definitely hope to visit again in the near future.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

There were four adults and three children on the trip. Vitaly's house was perfect for us! The swimming pool was big and clean. The scenery around the house was absolutely stunning. Vitaly helped us whenever needed and gave good tips. Hopefully we'll be back again!

Despite bad weather, we spent a very relaxed week in this very idyllically located cozy house. The house is carefully renovated and tastefully furnished. The location is unique: all alone on a clearing in the forest. We will be happy to come back.

Very pleasant stay at Paola's. The location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting Lake Maggiore by car, but also by boat (very convenient for going from one shore to the other). Paola was very welcoming and also attentive throughout our stay.

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

We spent five wonderful days on the 2nd floor of Villa Smith. The rooms are large, the beds are cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is spotless, plus soothing sounds from the small stream next door, the garden is a dream (swings, ping pong and boccia in the middle of an enchanted idyll). Having breakfast on the large terrace while looking out over Lake Maggiore or the mountains was simply wonderful. In addition, Claudio was available for questions within a very short time, gave us great tips for the stay and was a great host. We would love to move into the villa - since that is not possible, we will at least be happy to come back for a holiday.

Our stay in this apartment in the heart of Orta San Giulio was exceptional. The natural setting is beautiful. The apartment, spacious and well-equipped, offers all the comforts you need. We spontaneously decided to spend 2 nights in Ticino on the Pentecost weekend and came across Eva's apartment. Shortly before departure, we made the booking, and although so short notice, we quickly received a response from Eva that the apartment was ready when we arrived. We were then also warmly received by her personally and she showed us the apartment. We are a family with two small children and the apartment was perfect for such a short stay. Thank you again, Eva!!

Everything was Perfect! Excellent communication from Alessandro. Apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very peaceful and quiet place. View from the shared terrace is amazing. Truly recommend.

It was just perfect! The view is breathtaking, the amenities were incredibly good and everything was super clean. Everything is neat and perfectly prepared. You can feel the love of the host in every detail. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back! Thank you for everything.

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

Very spacious, sparkling clean house with very comfortable beds. Located halfway up the Mottarone - surrounded by nature with a view of Lake Orta. Armeno is the nearest town with some nice little shops for buying Italian delicacies. Giacomo is the jewel of Casa Mottarone - he is helpful and super fast when needed.

We stayed with 7 architects in this beautiful house. It exceeded our high expectations. The house and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay there for 2 nights.

Wow! One of the best places we have experienced. Angela and her family were extremely warm and greeted us like family - an extraordinary welcome. They were at the property when we arrived in case we had any trouble finding the villa and to show us around the beautiful grounds. Angela welcomed us with a homemade tart, a lengthy list of wonderful food, drinks and even olive oil… plus a sweet hand-written note - details that mean a lot to a family of weary travelers! The villa itself is charming: very clean, very tastefully decorated, uncluttered. The grounds are extensive and well kept The views of the lake, surrounding hills and distant Alps are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the villa. The nearby village of Arona has great shopping, restaurants and views. Visitors are mainly locals, so the experience was very authentic. Would definitely return!
