By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
