The Studio is a bright, modern self-contained space next to our home in the beautiful Co Down countryside. It is one large space (approx 36m2 with coved ceiling) with living area, queen size bed, 1 single bed and small dining space. WeWe’ve lots of parking and a large garden - plenty of outdoor space for families. We are in the heart of Lecale; 3mi from Ardglass/Downpatrick and 5mi from Strangford Lough. A great base for enjoying nature, the mountains, golf, sailing, beach walks and sea swims.

Mast House, Portaferry

Mast House is located 20 seconds from the shore. It’s eclectically furnished with big, bright rooms and a conservatory, patio & garden. There’s central heating, a wood burner and a range of kitchen appliances inc coffee machine. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. The shower is off the kitchen. Note the property has stone steps at the front door/inside, a cast iron spiral staircase open at the top and no TV. We allow dogs subject to confirmation and a cleaning charge.

Horseshoe Cottage rural hideaway Strangford Lough

Horseshoe Cottage is as "cute as a button". This 18th century, 2 story, stone barn was originally a stable with cobbled floor & 3 horse stalls. Now it exudes character, warmth & rural charm with it's thick walls, cottage windows & wood burning stove. Situated in a quiet corner of a working farm yard, the accommodation boasts a Super King bed, luxurious shower room & Wifi, among vintage furnishings. Nestled among the drumlins of Strangford Lough, 1 mile from the charming village of Greyabbey.

The Beach House Strangford

Unique self-catering house on Kilclief Beach, metres from the waves, with stunning sea views in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Strangford - The Narrows, Angus Rock lighthouse, the Isle of Man (on a clear day!), Kilclief Castle and the Mournes! Short drive to the famous Royal County Down and Ardglass golf courses! Cosy one bedroom house, certified by Tourism NI, with kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bedroom adjoins a 2nd living area - the 'look-out'.

Ballyhornan Cottage

A beautiful cottage, set off the main road with private parking and large back garden. Surrounded by fields and only a 2 minute walk to Killard beach and the start of the breathtaking Killard National Reserve walk. Just a 10 minute walk in the other direction will have you at Ballyhornan Beach. Castle Ward Estate and Winterfell (GOT) is only 4 miles away and so is the picturesque village of Strangford with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The house has been recently refurbished.

Hollymount Cottage

Hollymount self catering Cottage with its traditional stone faced exterior and beautiful surroundings, is the ideal getaway location. This newly refurbished, well equipped cottage provides the perfect accommodation for six people- 2 double and 2 single beds including all of your home comforts. Teal Cottage - Killyleagh Area

A cosy cottage letting set within a private small holding, situated right on the shore of Strangford Lough between Killyleagh & Killinchy. It is the perfect base to escape to the country, enjoy amazing wildlife and the wider great outdoors that Co. Down has to offer. The well equipped comfortable cottage sleeps five and has direct access to Strangford Lough, a secret bird hide situated on the shore line with a secluded wooded BBQ, fire pit and picnic area for guest to enjoy.

we are almost fininshed converting athe old school house building, with stunning views of countryside, windmill etc. we have completed Phase 1 which provides 3 en suite rooms - guest have use of internal courtyard and gardens. Each room has a separate kitchenette (no oven) and bathroom, free parking. The schoolhouse is on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk on lit pavements to bars and shops.
