Kick back and relax in this calm, enchanting space! The apartment is well located close to all amenities and transport It is about 10 minutes by bus/car from Belfast city centre, close to Titanic Quarters, SSE Arena and only 5 minutes by car/taxi from Belfast city airport. Belmont Road is a 4 minute walk and buzzing Ballyhackamore only 15 minute walk where local cafes, bars, shops and restaurants can be found. May not be suitable for disabled/young children due to stairs up to the 1st floor.

With separate access via a side entrance, off street parking, it's own patio and a pleasant interior Sandown Guest Suite is private, compact & comfortable. It is situated in the heart of Ballyhackamore, previously voted 'best place to live in Northern Ireland'. The area has numerous great restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent shops. It's only a short bus ride away from the centre of Belfast (bus & Glider route) /taxi is around £10. George Best airport & Lanyon Place station are both nearby.
