Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Stranda Municipality

Martins place is amazing. We felt immediately like home and having the cozy fireplace in the main room was very nice. Everything was super clan and well in order, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed, except a hairdryer at the beginning, but Martin organized immediately that someone brought us a brand new one the next day. We were blessed with 180 cm snow within our one week stay and with spectacular polar lights which we observed on the upper terrace on New Year’s Eve as well as on the day after. Our main activity during our stay was to go ski at the Strandafiellet ski resort only a 10 minute drive up the mountain, which we also can highly recommend. Martin was super responsive and helpful when we were in need (we got stuck in the snow with our car a view times) and directed us for the best route back to Oslo on the snowy winter roads. We highly recommend Martins place and we would love to come back some day.

Genoten van een prachtig huis met geweldig uitzicht. Randi reageerd heel snel op vragen. Het huis is geweldig, en al helemaal als je met een grotere groep bent. Het was heel schoon en het rook er fris. Lekker dichtbij de ferry die je naar het adembenemende Geiranger Fjord brengt. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer.

Erik und Helene sind tolle Gastgeber. Proaktiv vor Anreise gemeldet, eindeutige Beschreibung wo man parken kann und wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Phänomenale Aussicht von der Wohnung, schöne Terrasse. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing apartment on the lower floor of a beautiful family house. This apartment was modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We felt so comfortable walking into this Airbnb just like being at home. Comfortable bed and well equipped for self catering. Parking is right out front and free. An added bonus is the sauna which was great after a hard day sightseeing. Thoroughly recommend this Airbnb for a stay. Karen. Australia

Great place. Spectacular view of fjord and town. Very comfortable with a very nice kitchen. Overall a very nice place to stay with a fantastic hike out the back door. Highly recommend.

Gehele beneden verdieping tot je beschikking. Ruimte bevat een grote keuken met koelkast (diepvries staat in een losse ruimte en konden we ook gebruiken), oven, fornuis, magnetron en vaadwasser. Daarnaast 2 aparte slaapkamers, losse badkamer en een heerlijk balkon met zon. De buitenruimte om het huis heen is echt heerlijk. Alle rust en ruimte die je maar kunt wensen. Onze hond mocht mee en heeft zich prima vermaakt en lekker kunnen rennen over de velden. In de buurt zijn wat leuke hikes te doen, mooie uitzichten maar wel steil natuurlijk. De ferry over het fjord is bereikbaar binnen 10 minuten, ideaal dus. Absoluut een aanrader om hier te verblijven als je van rust en ruimte houdt.

Logement idéal tout près du centre de Geiranger. A quelques mètres de l’action mais avec un sentiment de tranquillité. Tout était fonctionnel et tel qu’annoncé. La communication avec l’hôte a bien été. Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Robert und seiner Frau. Die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für Fahrradwege und eine Fjordkreuzfahrt gegeben. Der Ausblick aus dem Erker ist wundervoll. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir gerne wieder!

Excellent property and extremely clean but needs clothes drier to go with washing machine. Everything else excellent with huge bathroom and lots of coffee. Would highly recommend for four but needs couch for 5 people. Great parking but bedrooms need suitcase stands along with nice nighttables. Lovely heated washroom floor and huge kitchen.

Väldigt trevligt ställe på en fantastisk plats. Endast 18 min till stranda och 12 min till stranda skisenter. Kan rekommendera detta ställe bra pris.

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt – sie war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Oddbjørn, der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief angenehm und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wer das Leben auf dem Land mag, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde bei Gelegenheit jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Vi har tilbringet 4 dager i huset, beliggenheten er perfekt og du har alt av utstyr du trenger i huset. Oddny er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom huseier. Vi har hatt en uforglemmelig ferie og vil gjerne komme hit igjen. ❤️🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Elisabeth's place in Alesund. The place was super clean, is very well setup and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay and preparing meals. The location was great and the views were fantastic! Even more importantly, Elisabeth was a very nice host and always responsive and helpful. The soundbar speakers were also a nice bonus. The only small downside was that it was very hot in the bedroom and the windows could only be opened about 10cm which didn't cool the place, even with a fan running. The choice for sleeping was between keeping the shades and doors open for ventilation, or having a hot, dark room for sleeping. Even with quality eye masks, it was hard to balance the bedroom conditions. Just a heads-up, there is some noise from above of even late at night (walking loudly). Despite this, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Fin, ren og hyggelig lejlighed med perfekt og rolig placering midt i Ålesund by og god kommunikation med Odd Eivind. Jeg har nydt at bo i lejligheden og vender helt sikkert tilbage.

This place was perfect for our needs. Group of six. Came in for one night. Able to make a great dinner the kitchen. Great nights sleep. Easy access to the via feratta. Would stay agin! Great place.

Staying in this apartment was a true pleasure! , Well-equipped, and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere allowed for complete rest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a stunning setting!

Nous avons été enchantés par cet appartement. Belle décoration, bonne literie,tout le confort possible, lave vaisselle et buanderie. Salle de bain parfaite. Très belle terrasse. Une excellente adresse.

Elin og Kenneth var svært gjestfrie og stilte seg til disposisjon langt mer enn forventet og var svært service minded. Anbefaler alle å ta et opphold her om man skulle ha behov for en overnatting eller fler i området. Vi kommer tilbake ;)
