In winter, the ski slopes are right outside the door, and there is a short driving distance to the alpine resorts Sunnmørsalpene and Strandafjellet. The cabin is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy nice days in the mountains all year round. If you want excursions, there is a short drive to Ålesund, Geiranger, Slogen and other popular destinations.

This cabin is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The cabin is located in a field at Strandafjellet ski resort. The cross-country ski trail goes right past the cabin. There is access to a nice tour with starting point in the cabin. It is a short distance to Stranda city center. There is also a short distance to Hellesylt and the start of Geirangerfjorden. Just a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. All the hiking opportunities in the Sunnmørsalpene are just a short drive away.

Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

The farm site is sheltered on a steep and sunny mountainside (Ørnevegen) approx. 4 km. from the center of Geiranger and offers a magnificent view of the UNESCO World Heritage Geirangerfjord with the surrounding mountain area.
