We spent a week with the family (6 adults, 4 children and 1 dog) in picturesque Varvazov. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and the rooms very spacious and lovingly furnished. Also, everything was there and we lacked nothing. The swimming pond was perfect for cooling off and the children could splash in the small river right next door. Very nice scenery around the house and very friendly neighbors. We made trips to Pisek and Czesky Krumlov. It was a relaxing and very relaxing vacation. Thank you Martina for everything! We would love to come back anytime!

This place is wonderful, very secluded, if you want to be alone in the forest, going for walks, picking mushrooms, then this place is for you There is a Tesco and Lidl about 12 min drive away for supplies and a wonderful secluded lake to swim in about 8 min drive away. The apartment itself is great all modern essentials like a dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfy and their is more than enough storage for clothes We will be back!

Beautiful apartment with a fun layout that even a two-family quest has its own privacy and tranquility

We were there with 7 people for 2 nights over New Year's Eve. Everything was clean and as described. Only one board on a slatted frame was broken and it would be great if there were a few more utensils in the kitchen. For example, we were missing baking paper and oil, but we bought that ourselves. The beds were already prepared and for everyone there was a large towel for showering and a small one for hand washing in each bathroom. The roof terrace is also very nice and the included gas grill incl. gas worked perfectly. You could heat each room individually with the underfloor heating and there was also fuel for the fireplace. For waste separation, there are several bags that can be emptied near the gas station. Since there was no booking the next day, we were able to arrange a late check-out for a small surcharge. We can definitely recommend the place and if we want to do something like this again we would consider it again

Absolutely great place to stay! It was quiet while not far from downtown! The host was very welcoming and still available when we needed anything. The amenities of the apartment were great, the apartment was cozy. We felt right at home. The views were beautiful. I highly recommend both my girlfriend!

In the quarter of Protivina is a house where I rent a larger apartment. There is a garden/orchard around the house, you can sit outside. Nice, cool environment, the host responds, there was no problem with anything.

Loved the indoor and ourdoor spaces as well as parking, walk to beach and walk or drive to the Aldi Marker for provisions.
