Townhouse holiday rentals in Strait of Juan de Fuca

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This was our second time staying here. Great location, great unit, and easy hosts to work with! The next time we go out to the Orcas, we might end up taking the ferry up and back the same day to stay in Anacortes (hopefully Erin's place is available everytime we visit) rather than paying high prices in Orcas.

great location, super communicative host, clean, and amazing top floor deck! Photos of the place is accurate. Only thing to call out is the upstairs bathroom- it is insanely loud downstairs so much so you will wake who ever is staying down there anytime you shower, it sounds like you are banging around if you move in the shower at all and that the water is pouring out. It’s just noise, but something to be aware considering the price of the stay. If traveling with a family or on different schedules that can be a little disruptive. overall though, great spot.

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

This was an easy, comfortable stay in a convenient location with parking. Great communication from host, would stay again and recommend to others.

Jeff’s place was exactly as described a culinary delight. Being someone not from Seattle Jeff had great information regarding the area and made checking very easy and convenient.

Frederick's townhouse is uncluttered and clean. It is in a convenient location for quick trips to town or to the west coast wilderness. The way the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are staggered throughout the townhouse provided privacy and quietness for our group of five friends. We thoroughly enjoyed Whiffin Spit, French Beach, and the waterfront boardwalk. We had great meals at West Coast Grill, Stoked Woodfired Pizza, Shirley Delicious, and Route 14. Our difficulty connecting to the wifi was quickly solved with a phone call to our host.

Great place to stay while we were in Seattle! Ubers were available instantly for anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice, cozy place! Stayed during a short trip to Seattle and was happy with how reasonably centralized the place was to most of the tourist locations.

Such an excellent place to stay. If you are in Seattle, you won’t find a better place for the price. Very clean, well set up, and cool. There is a roof top patio that is so amazing. I highly recommend!

Great central location. We were there for work so our most important thing is comfortable beds and quiet at night. This house had that!

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

Great townhome with amazing views and proximity to so much. As described; the photos capture the spaces well. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Our family loved Capitol Hill. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Snacks stehen bereit. Alles ist sehr sauber! Das Bett sehr bequem, sehr gute Schlafqualität! Im Badezimmer genügend Ablagefläche. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände war sehr hilfreich. Kommunikation mit Jay sehr gut. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft in Ballard sehr empfehlenswert.

We only had 1 night in seattle but this airbnb was so great it made us wish we were staying longer! Not only was the location perfect to walk around an explore, the air bnb was equipped with EVERYTHING you could need. From blankets, a fancy toto bidet, peloton, to the comfiest bed in an air bnb we have experienced. The hosts responded within 5 minutes each time and were so helpful. I would give this listing 10 stars if we could.

Well appointed townhome. I would happily stay again. Couches and bed were comfortable. All basic amenities present. Off street parking is always a bonus in Seattle though street parking was plentiful. Walkable to lots of great bars. restaurants, and grocery store. I had a quiet and peaceful respite from my plumbing repairs.
