These will accommodate 2 Adults & possibly 2 small children. Each studio is open plan and includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, 2 free view TV's, kitchen area with cooking facilities, spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower as well as sofa bed. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
