Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Unique accommodation with cinema and pool table

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Marmas accommodation, with the Dalälven River as a neighbour.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Close to the Dalälven River, with walking trails and relaxing days on the patio, where you can also have a barbecue. In winter, the exercise track is a lit ski track, and after a day you can enjoy a sauna With the option of swimming 100 m. Exercise track 150 m. Disc golf 100 m. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Bedding, towels, basic toiletaries and a fully equipped kitchen are included for a comfortable and convenient stay.
