You have access to the mountain biking trails from the chalet, the chalet is located in St-Romain near the great Lake St-François, 25 minutes from Mégantic and you will have several local merchants to visit. Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

Cozy cottage close to services and diverse recreation with intimate spa. Access to a private beach on foot or a public beach a few minutes' drive away. Boat descent via the private beach. Hiking trails within walking distance in both winter and summer. The Astrolab and Mont Mégantic trails are a 20-minute drive away. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists. A perfect place to enjoy the calm of the region!

The View of Lake Aylmer

Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
