Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. It is located in the middle of Öland Warm welcome here.

Welcome to a cozy accommodation close to Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You live in a nice farm house on a shared plot. Alvaret is available in ten minutes walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling folk life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There's a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

You are welcome to relax in our garden, go for a walk or we've got bikes in the garage for you to explore your surroundings.

In the combined sleep and living room there are 2 beds and a sofa bed that is easily converted into a 140 cm wide bed for 1-2 people.

Air conditioning at extra cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The cottage sits with our house on the short side and is protected without direct access from us. You have your own patio with barbecue in a secluded location. The cottage is located in a sparkling garden with an apple grove and a forest area. Perfect for two adults or a small family.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the east side of the island of the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the east road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby bath no more than a few kilometers away as well as only 15 km to the bridge fortress and barely three miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
