Welcome to Tyra's farm in the middle of the small village of Ryd in the middle of Öland. A farm with old origins and current house from the 1860s (completely renovated in 1990) in an active agricultural village with milk production. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. In these 230 sqm, everyone can feel like they can find their own nook. All opportunities to make excursions for the day to the northern/southern headland of Öland. Close to Kalmar and Borgholm, a lot happens during the summer.

Röhällastugan

En lantlig och mysig stuga på Öland. Med egen uteplats, grill, pergola och utsikt över ängar. För 5–6 gäster ingår separat gäststuga med sovplats för två. Stugan ligger i kanten av vår privata trädgård – ibland kan du se oss på håll, men vi respekterar din vistelse. Totalrenoverad i gammaldags stil med ett sovrum och litet sovloft. 1000m till vattnet och 9 min till Ölandsbron. Nära natur & centrum. Obs: Låg takhöjd (2 m) i sovrum och badrum. Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns.

Gillsättra Gård

Ta chansen att bo på bondgård, i en fräsch lägenhet/stuga, nära betande djur. Detta passar dig som gillar lugn och ro, natur. Gillsättra är en gammal charmig radby. Mitt på ön, nära till allt. 6 km till närmsta badstrand. 11 km till populära Bjärbybadet på östra sidan och 12 km till Färjestaden. Många fina promenad möjligheter. På landet finns de flugor, tuppar som gal, kolukt och arbete som utförs på gården. Mindre hundar är välkomna, större hundar blir för trångt i den lilla lägenheten.

Outer tube/lökenäs

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla nyrenoverade boende på 110 kvm. Ligger ca 300m från havet och med gångavstånd till lökenäs badplats. Finns en stor altan på den ogenerade baksidan med utemöbler och kolgrill. Kök med diskmaskin, Micro, kaffebryggare och servis till 12 personer. Ölands djurpark och Coop ligger 12 min från boendet. Tar 14 min till Färjestaden där fler matbutiker och köpcenter finns. Det tar ca 1h 15min till Böda sands camping. Medtag egna sängkläder och handdukar!

Påbyggd, enkel 1700-talsstuga uthyres under sommaren i Stora Rör. Delad tomt med skogen som granne. Städ ingår EJ 4-5 bäddar (1 st 120, 1 st 90, 1 våningssäng, 2 bäddsoffor), kök, dusch, wc 900m till vatten, fik, restaurang Rökfr, ej festande ungdomar, dessvärre ej hundar då hundar finns på gården (går aldrig lösa) Lakan och handdukar medtages. Grill kan lånas. 1 bil kan parkeras. 17 km till Borgholm, 17 km till Kalmar, 3 km till närmsta affär, 5,4 km till Ekerum Golf

Guest house in Stora Rörs Hamn

Nyrenoverad gästdel i sekelskifteshus med egen uteplats, endast 30 meter från Stora Rörs badstrand och hamn, passar perfekt för barnfamiljer. I hamnen finns förutom badplats ett bageri med kaffe, bullar och bakverk, och en restaurang som serverar napolitansk pizza, öl, vin och mindre maträtter. Där finns också laddningsstation för elbil. På gångavstånd finns även tennisbanor, padelbana och fina promenadstråk. Städning efter vistelse & lakan-service ingår.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Summer paradise by the sea with a private beach & jetty!

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
