This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Charming house with sea view

Here you can calmly sit back and relax in our unique and quiet cottage. The house was built in 1920, but has just been newly renovated. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from almost every window. The location is central. The local grocery store is 250 m from the house, and 30 m from the house is the quay, where there is the possibility of fishing. There are 4 rooms, 2 larger and 2 smaller. Altogether there are 7 beds. Only a 10-minute drive to the soccer hall, swimming pool, cafes and restaurants.

Cozy hut in the nature

Escape to this newly renovated, cozy hut set in pristine, untouched nature – a private retreat just moments from civilization. Electricity is provided by a portable gasoline generator, and the interior is heated with gas. The kitchen features a gas oven, stove, and cooker. Parking is located 60 meters away. Bay Cottage

A quiet place by a quiet bay at the countryside. There is no public transport. The road to our place is a narrow road up the hill towards the mountain Beinisvør. By the town Lopra (before the tunnel to Sumba) you turn right. "Um Hestin". Before the top of the hill, turn left: Víkabyrgi. Our house is the last one on your left side. Traditional Faroese house in Tórshavns city center

This traditional and cozy Faroese house, originally constructed in 1896, has, even though it's totally renovated, stayed faithful to the original design. The house features a traditional turf roof and the body of the house still features the same wood/oak which was placed in 1896, giving the house a real warmth. The view is extraordinary, featuring Nólsoy and the harbor of Tórshavn. The renovations of the house give it a modern touch without taking away from the original design.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

A cozy little cottage on our farm in Kirkjubø. Well equipped kitchen and living room in one. A loft with double mattress. Hallway with closet, washer/dryer, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV. Equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay.
