Close to the beach, this 2 bedroom has a POOL (May-September) & a washer/dryer. Primary has a King sized bed, 2nd BR has 2 single beds, sofa has a Queen sleeper. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEETS & TOWELS. No smoking. Check-in at 1pm, check out at 10am. Pets considered on a case by case basis, additional fees will apply. We LOVED this Oceanfront home!!! It was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals, plus a massive grill outside that made outdoor cooking just as enjoyable. Who has 2 refrigerators? This house. Enormous beverage refrigerator and the other is the kitchen. (Great touch Nick!) The hot tub and pool were just steps from the bedroom—such a treat! Beds were super comfy and there were so many bathrooms, which made it perfect for our large group. No need to drive to downtown when you just need to walk 2 blocks to everything!! The outdoor shower was a favorite feature, and there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes for everyone to enjoy. This house is oceanfront with absolutely breathtaking views from morning to night. This place had everything. Nick was an amazing host and very responsive. The bar is set very high at Nicks place. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.

We had a great time at Kevin's place! It was the perfect space for our family. (family of 6) It was clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the games and puzzles that were there. We were so close to the beach which was a huge draw for us! We walked to the beach, to mini golf, and to do some shopping and go to some restaurants. Everything was right there! We love Stone Harbor, and we are planning to go back to Kevin's place next summer!

We had a great time in this home. Thank you Jason for hosting us! Check in was super easy and we had all the amenities we needed. We loved the pool floaties and grill, and the living room space. Jason also graciously accommodated an early check in and late check out for us. Surprisingly, we were able to manage sharing 2.5 bathrooms with 18 people. Just keep an eye out for the blue and white house on the road! For some reason, our GPS's kept taking us a little further down the road. Slowly drive into the driveway as well (especially if your car is a bit lower to the ground) so it can scrape the sidewalk. Overall a great time and very helpful host!

We have going to Avalon our whole lives and we love the traditional shore house look. this cottage was perfect and a great set up for our older boys to be upstairs in their own little space as we were downstairs. Everything was well set and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect and walkable access to the middle of town.
