The house is located on the car-free island of Tranholmen in Danderyd, an island with a bridge now (from November 1 - April 15) and SL ferry (8 min) ToR subway "Ropsten." The house is close to the city, the university, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. The island is 3 km in circumference, has 200 households, 400 inhabitants. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
