Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!

The apartment is freshly renovated and perfectly suitable for couples, small families or friends traveling together. It offers a fully equipped, new kitchen with its own dining room. The cozy living room is furnished with a Laura Ashley-style seating set and offers space for cozy gatherings. Furthermore, there are 2 cozy bedrooms in the apartment. The brand new bathroom is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with a balcony facing the garden.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
