Close to many hiking trails, including backyard access to a riverside walking trail This apartment is attached to the owners house, however it has a private entrance and is completely separate. The parking area is shared- there is space for two cars.

Central HVAC, great water pressure, all new everything and a well appointed kitchen. July and August are by the week rental only.
