Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

Come and enjoy our "happy place" year round! Our cozy, neat as a pin cottage is located in the beautiful Berkshires with gorgeous Ashmere lake views, spectacular flower beds and beach/lake access. Summer, fall, winter or spring, the cottage welcomes you, complete with a gift basket and fresh flowers. Enjoy the view of the lake off the spacious deck or play games in the grassy yard complete with fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Waterfront is only a minute or two walking distance away.

Explore all the activities the Hudson Valley has to offer and then relax in a room full of windows overlooking the Hudson River. Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

The Residence is a beautiful, secluded home in the Berkshire foothills. The 14-acre property includes hiking trails through the woods, a meadow, and a lovely babbling brook. Despite its secluded feel, the house just a short drive from many of the area's favorite attractions. The Residence provides a wonderful for base for enjoying all that the Berkshires have to offer, though guests may decide to spend much of their stay exploring the rustic beauty of the property itself.

Also located within minutes of the many cultural attractions the Berkshires have to offer, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare & Company, and Tanglewood. Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.

Kitchen updated with Smeg refrigerator, gas stove, granite counters, hardwood floors throughout. Hiking trails, park, and tennis courts within a 5-minute walk. Lake rights to Stockbridge Bowl, Weber grill, and Solo firepit.

Private En Suite in Beautiful Victorian

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.
