Large luxury apartment with panoramic views and central location!

Here you live in the middle of the city centre, but still quiet and shielded on the seventh floor (the building's top floor). Take the elevator down and you will be in the heart of Stjørdal city centre with restaurants, Kimen cinema & cultural centre, shopping centre and shops in the immediate vicinity. 9 minutes walk to Stjørdal station and 10 minutes by car to Trondheim airport. The apartment has two large terraces! A large south-facing terrace, and a somewhat smaller north-facing terrace. Here you have panoramic views over large parts of Stjørdal!

Cabin on top of Fagerlia

Make memories for life at this unique and family-friendly space at the top of the cabin field. Here you are at the top with immediate access to the mountain and nature around. Ski / out to the alpine slope and cross country ski trails. Vis-a-vis the parking spot to the Alpine Center . Here the car can be left in peace until the day of return. The cabin has a consistently high standard, including a sauna, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, garage and several patios. From here you have a view over Fagerlia and Meråker - with Fonnfjellet, Mannfjellet.

Ingstadvegen

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great place with lots of space for fun. Outdoor area with fire pit, barbecue, trampoline and most likely the pool is set up in the summer. A large playroom can be found inside. The house is close to Stjørdalselva, which is famous for salmon fishing (SJFF). A municipal embankment is within walking distance. Also close to Hegra fortress, as a famous for World War II and Norwegian history. This is mine and my kids home, so some flaws are.

This is Småland in Frosta, located In the Trondheim fjord. 30 minutes from the airport . You will love it as we do❤️

Modern and spacious single-family home with a walking distance for the most part. Large garden for activities Sports facilities, free areas, playgrounds and lots of other activities nearby. Walking distance to city center and shopping. Good parking facilities, Gangavstad to bus/train to Trondheim. Very child-friendly space as it's in a dead end street. Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Rolig nabolag. 10min fra Trondheim, Værnes Flyplass. 5 min kjøring til Stjørdal sentrum. 30 min til Trondheim sentrum.

Pen, liten leilighet sentralt beliggende 5 min fra Stjørdal sentrum, 10 min fra Trondheim lufthavn Værnes. 2 faste senger i sovealkove, men plass til to på sovesofa for den som vil. Nytt bad og et lite kjøkken. På grunn av nærhet til flyplass må noe flystøy medregnes, men det bor folk her, så helt krise er det ikke. Sengetøy og håndduker er inkludert. Hårføner, såpe og shampo også.
