You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Watch the loons from the dock, take the kayaks out to see the wildlife, enjoy sunsets from the firepit or hammock, and hot tub under the stars. A path in the backyard can take you around the lake or to downtown Stillwater. The home has a cottage feel on the outside, but a modern aesthetic on the inside. It'll feel like a home away from home. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, originally built in 1890 and remodeled in 2004. Modern updates with character of an old house. We happily accept well-trained dogs in our home. There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).
