You are very welcome to book my place, it is located in a quiet, civilized neighborhood.It is a private entrance, spacious and bright suite.Private bathroom with warm water and bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath towels, face towels), hair dryer, slippers.Dedicated washer and Dryer.Take out the key in the lockbox and check in and check out independently.The room has wooden floors and an indoor air circulation system.There is a stable network.Central heating is provided in winter and fans in summer.The interior is simply arranged, neat, clean and comfortable. Easy access, 5 min drive to shopping area, with Central and Western food, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, basically to meet the needs of life.Bus 402 is a 5 minute walk away, and a 17 minute ride to downtown Richmond.Opposite downtown is Sky Station, 27 min ride to downtown Vancouver.YVR Vancouver International Airport is an 11-minute drive from the house. Richmond City is famous for its attractions: Fisherman's Wharf, an 8-minute drive (Leisurely Style Street, a lot of specialty dining, enjoy breakfast and dinner, watch the sunrise and sunset, and taste the wild North American seafood caught by fishermen on the marina boat).Skiing ⛷activities can be enjoyed in winter and spring, and the nearest ski resort is only about an hour's drive away.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for small group trips, located near the heart of steveston area. The unit is around 400 sqft. Newly renovated rooms in historic Steveston with new flooring, furniture and appliances. A short walk to the wharf, shops, many dining options, Garry Point and the west dyke. The rooms are part of the main house, but private and separate. You will have your own entrance to access the unit. With a smart lock, you will have a great experience checking in and out.

Excellent Stay with Prompt Service! The landlord was incredibly responsive and reliable, and the accommodation itself was very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend this place! It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the sky train is about 15 minutes away by bus. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, and you have access to a shared living room, kitchen, and a washer/dryer. This really makes you feel right at home! There might be other guests sharing the common areas, and for your safety, there are security cameras in these public spaces. The neighbourhood is peacefully quiet and you can sometimes hear conversations from outside. Best to keep volume down to ensure a pleasant stay for neighbors and fellow guests. There are plenty of food options at nearby shopping center food courts, though they tend to close quite early. After 10 PM, fast-food chains are usually your quickest bet for a bite!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better, it’s right on the West Dyke Trail or just a minute’s walk to an access point. The sunsets from the suite were stunning, and when the power went out in the area, Henedina was so thoughtful: she brought us candles and even invited us up to the deck to enjoy the sunset from there. Her warm hospitality made our stay extra special. Highly recommend!
