The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. You can reach Vienna's many attractions in 15–30 minutes by car.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups.
