Monthly Rentals in Sterling

This is a clean and well kept property. I have stayed here 3 times, and will return in the future.

This was our fourth time staying at Brian's place, not much more to say that hasn't been said in a prior review. We'll continue to stay here when its available. One one side of the front entrance there is a nice coffee spot just outside the front door that has great scones. To the east is RockStar Donuts that also serves coffee (and donuts). There is a great craft beer bar just underneath the rental. Jacalito's is just over a block away and has great mexican food.

I had family coming from out of state to visit me in Rock Falls and I didnt have room in my house for them. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Basically everything we needed. It was welcoming, spotless, smelled so good. I highly recommend Johns lovely home.

I gave 5 stars for everything and I mean it! To start off our trip, Lou was flexible and let us check in 2.5 hours early. Lou also was consistently responsive and helpful. The apartment was cute and cozy, matching every description given. Also, this was a great location in Clinton. We travelled a lot and didn’t stay at our apartment often, but went to 392 Cafe twice (delightful). We also visited the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium. So fun! We took a scenic route down the river and saw 3 bald eagles as well! In summary: this was a great deal with a great host. If we’re back in Clinton, we’d definitely book again.
