Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Your family will enjoy our 1350 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat. We can also provide guided fishing tours through our outfit “The River Crew” that fishes on both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. If you are interested, let us know!

Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
