Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλα δυο πέτρινα σπιτια με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας τα οποία διαχωρίζονται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Το σπίτι είναι στην αρχή του μικρού και γραφικού χωριού που λέγεται Μακρυχώρι! Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ετοιμάσει το γεύμα του.Το σπίτι έχει εκπληκτική θέα και η γύρω περιοχή είναι καταπράσινη.Η απόσταση από την κοντινότερη παραλία είναι 20 λεπτά,στα 2 χιλιόμετρα υπάρχει ο καταρράκτης "Μανηκιατης" όπου ενδείκνυται για μπάνιο και ορειβασία, ακόμη στο χωριό υπάρχουν διαδρομές για πεζοπορία και ένα όμορφο ταβερνάκι για χαλάρωση!
