The bus stop (MVV line 470) for the direct service to Munich – Max-Weber-Platz is 200 metres away. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
