The lovingly prepared house (about 100 square meters) offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor there are three furnished bedrooms (1 × 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 x 140 x 200 cm bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and washing machine. In cool outdoor temperatures, guests can provide pleasant warmth by heating the tiled stove.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Relax in a quiet, rural area with great destinations! Lake Ammersee can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. By train, you can reach to Munich, for example. The nearest train station is minutes by car. The apartment is equipped with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Another adult and 1 child can sleep on the large couch. Additional camp bed and baby bed available on request. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry service is available.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
