The Gîte du “dovecote”is a cottage for 2/4 people,located in the countryside. It has been renovated with a lot of love, marrying the old and the modern, in an old dovecote and a pigsty . The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room (with a sofa bed) and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a bedroom and an open-plan bathroom with a toilet. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. La maison est au cœur de la nature : au milieu d'une prairie, tout près des grands arbres et d'un point d'eau. Un endroit paisible, reposant. Surrounded by fields and pastures, our closest neighbors are birds, ducks, hares and deer... come and discover our little piece of heaven ;-)
