The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Bright studio in a listed and refurbished Gründerzeit villa in the quiet Freiburg villa district of Wiehre. The center is 600 m away. In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Our apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-family house and is located on the outskirts directly in front of the vineyards of Südbaden. In the immediate vicinity there are three other residential buildings with several residential units. Together we are founding a small, intergenerational residential project.
