The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Studio Almrausch - newly equipped!

Our newly equipped, cozy small apartment (25 m2) for two people is located between Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald, quiet yet central. The apartment has a double bed (160x200cm), dining area for two people, sat TV, WiFi (free), kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge, also a small anteroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our small chalet is quietly located in the middle of the Nockberge. It is only a 1-minute drive to the Brunnach Biosphere Park cable car. An open fireplace in the living area and stylish furnishings invite you to spend cozy hours in the chalet. The log cabin has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1,4 meters) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
