Located close to the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist area to discover summer and winter. Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Heating wood pellet stove. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential neighborhood, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all nearby without taking the car. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked.
