Amazing accommodation! The apartment is very well equipped with kitchenware and bedding. The cleanliness is impeccable and the location is great for exploring the city. Vinicius was very helpful and quickly answered our questions. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is as described. Comfortable, quiet location and condominium with infrastructure. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 04 people well. We only had difficulty with the wifi network that was slow and didn't even load the Netflix app. Overall, the stay was a good one.

The site was impeccably clean and cozy, I felt at home from the first moment. Very comfortable, with a beautiful and easy to access environment. Gicele was extremely proactive, always ready to help with whatever it took. Also, the concierge staff were very attentive and helpful, which made the whole experience even smoother. I highly recommend and would definitely host again!

This place is completely 5 star. Guilherme met us to checkin as there was a problem with his parking space. He put us in the private paid parking lot under the building which he aid for. As it was a little complicated he wanted to walk us through it. The building is extremely secure with very helpful security staff. Location excellent with a great supermarket and excellent restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is high end with a stunning sea view. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen perfect. Sad to leave. Book it!

Raquel is a very requested host. The apartment is beautiful , very well equipped and has a beautiful view to the beach and very well located tbm. The condominium premises are amazing, all beautiful ,clean and organized. Sure when I get back to Penha , I'll stay here again.

Max's apartment had everything you need for a good stay as a family, a single constructive comment would be to add an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend the apartment because it has a great location and a very good cost benefit ratio.

The apartment is just like the posts, the host and his manager are super friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service. The unbeatable property has all the amenities available without any problems, without a doubt, a good choice.

We like the apartment very much, the condominium is great, well cared for and integrated with the landscape. The property has everything you need, even the Nespresso machine. Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. The house is beautiful corresponds with the listing, personally even better, cozy, well-equipped, kitchen with all utensils and working appliances, bedrooms with fresh bedding and towels, working air conditioning, tidy and clean bathrooms. We were surprised by the proximity to the centrinho. Easy to go and get back and no traffic. Even in the carnival. Super helpful hosts. Spacious house, air-conditioned rooms and extra mattress available. Pool, terrace with incredible views and sauna, in addition to the external and internal grills, were extra surprises.
