Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in State of Santa Catarina

The experience was excellent and welcoming! Marcus was extremely friendly, solicited and pro-active in guiding, making us very comfortable. The atmosphere is very nice and clean. Too much worth it!

Ideal place to go with the family, we were guided by how much feedback I had and everything went wonderfully. Maria Teresa is very kind, we were 10 super comfortable people and each flies with her privacy of bedroom and bathroom. The place is comfortable and easy to reach and quick access, close to the beach for those who have children and two blocks from downtown to go out at night walking. Highly recommended!!

Excellent experience with the house of Alcindo,in a nice and quiet residential area that invited you to go for a walk very close to the beach and options to go out to eat. Alcindo always responded quickly and clearly. We would be back

Quiet place but easy access to the center and the path to the beaches.

Our stay at the house was amazing, cozy space and very large! Marcelo was super receptive and whenever he needed he helped us with doubts about the places of the city and gave indications of places to visit. I super indicate his place.

My stay was great! Madalena is very sweet and welcoming! We stayed a little, but we were very well received! Everything was fine with the place too! I recommend it!

Lucina is a great host, always available and responding quickly, leaving everything very well clarified. The house is in a very quiet place and very close to the beach. The beach is delicious and very quiet, ideal for enjoying with family. We spent wonderful days and for sure, we intend to return soon.

It was a wonderful experience! I was afraid it was my first booking in the app. Ana was super kind, realizing my fear, she called me, removed all my doubts, left me very quiet. We caught traffic and arrived at night, the Cátiene (caretaker) even made a video of how to enter the building, he explained to us. All perfect! The place is excellent, 2 blocks from the beach. Market, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, fuel station, all close! The house is complete. It has everything. We feel at home Super recommend it!

I left the apartment on Friday 02/14/24 after a 12-day stay. Ivete and her husband are very attentive. Well-ventilated and fully-equipped apartment. Premium sheets and towels. The location and tranquility are excellent. I didn't have to move the car. One foot on the beach and restaurants (50mt) I hope it costs the same in 2026 as it does in 2025. PLEASE!!!

We stayed 7 days the location of the apartment is spectacular leaving the building to the beach , there are restaurants nearby and just below are the food stalls of the beach , the sound of the sea comes in through the windows and the sea breeze makes you company if you want to have a beer looking at the sea from the balcony , otherwise everything complete to live and have a nice time, the Zeladora of the Juce building, it is a good thing for sure to return

The apartment is perfect, everything clean, well organized, super preserved furniture, had everything we needed! The location is excellent, close to everything, the building is very secure and the parking space in the garage is huge, we were able to put the car, the carriage positioned to the side between the wall and the car and the two bikes in the front of the car! Everything went smoothly rsrs’ For sure will be my first choice when you return to BC! ❤️

The apartment is super functional and literally one block from Brava Beach. Da Janelinha do Bathroom you can even see the sunrise at sea in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and has a small market nearby, where you can buy the basics for breakfast and snacks. In the low season there are few options for commerce and restaurants in the area, but access is easy to other nearby neighborhoods with more options. We really enjoyed our stay there and the hosts have been helpful all the time.
