Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rio de Janeiro

The location is very centric ,close to the beach , just between Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Close to shopping area as well as Metro station , bus stop and to nice restaurants. 24/7 doorman . Really , no complaints , will be returning . 👍

I arrived 6 hours early and had no where to go, Thales made sure that the apartment was ready to go and allowed me to occupy 6 hours earlier. The apartment was immaculent! Great views, super clean and comfortable. Its only 1 block away from the beach! If you're are looking for the ultimate housing experience in Rio, with a great host, stay here. I've been using Airbnb for 9+ years, this was my best experience!

Il soggiorno nell’alloggio di Shirlei è stato semplicemente perfetto! La location a Ipanema è imbattibile: una delle zone più belle e sicure di Rio. La spiaggia è a due passi, così come ristoranti carini e di ottima qualità, supermercati e perfino le bici Uber da noleggiare sulla stessa strada. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito, confortevole e accogliente. Inoltre, la presenza della reception attiva 24 ore su 24 aggiunge un ulteriore livello di sicurezza e comodità. Un grazie speciale a Shirlei, una host davvero fantastica: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta a dare consigli utilissimi per vivere al meglio la città. Consigliatissimo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Leblon! As two females in Rio, safety was our top priority, and we felt extremely safe and comfortable here. There was lots to do in the surrounding neighbourhood, and Fabio was so responsive and offered lots of great local recommendations. The only small annoyance (and it really was small) was that, although there was a coffee machine and Nespresso, there wasn't any coffee/Nespresso pods in the apartment as advertised. Very small thing, but we were really excited about being able to make coffee in the morning before going out for the day, so it was a bit annoying to see there wasn't coffee provided, even though it was listed as being included. Certainly didn't spoil our stay though!

Todo excelente. El departamento es muy cómodo y está equipado. No encontrabamos el adaptador para enchufar la máquina de café y el dueño nos envió uno el mismo día. Muy buena atención!

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Maravillosa estadía! Tuvimos unas vacaciones soñadas en nuestro lugar favorito en el mundo para descansar.. Buzios. Es segunda vez que visitamos la casa de Tiago y nuevamente nos vinimos felices. Francisca como siempre es quien nos hace el desayuno más rico de todos y quien nos hace sentir como en casa! Siempre agradecidos de ella y su cariño! Volveremos en enero o febrero si o sí!

Acredito, sem dúvida, que este é um dos melhores espaços de Copacabana. Explico: ambiente novo, espaçoso, limpo, muito sossegado; cozinha perfeita, com todos os utensílios necessários ( cafeteira elétrica, liquidificador, tostadeira, etc ). Tem água quente em todas as torneiras e a ducha é de ótima qualidade. Os dois ares condicionados são novos e com os filtros limpos. Todo o local é muito limpo e organizado. Não falta nada! A rua é praticamente dentro de uma vila e não tem barulho nenhum. Fica perto da padaria Pão e Companhia - que vende os melhores biscoitos de polvilho com queijo; do botequim Adega Pérola; de muitos bares, mercados e de academias, além de estar menos de 100 m da estação de metro Arcoverde. Além do mais, Gregório é um exemplar anfitrião: sempre disponível e com uma atenção diuturna. Voltarei sempre , a espaço este espetacular, quando voltar ao Rio, se tiver disponibilidade!!!

Ótima estadia, chalé bem bonito, limpo e organizado. Meu filho amou a lareira! Arredor muito tranquilo. Excelente comunicação com anfitriões muito atenciosos. Ficamos gratos por tudo.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

Alexandre er simpelthen den perfekte vært, altid behjælpelig før under og selv efter check outs. Selve lejligheden var der intet at sætte en finger på. Alt var perfekt, fra rengøring til indcheckning samt udcheckning. Den ligger stort set ned til stranden så beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Jeg nød mine små 14 dage der og kommer med stor sandsynlighed tilbage

We had a great stay! The host was very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. He promptly answered all my questions and even gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The location is perfect. It is centrally located near stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and just a short distance to the beach. The place felt very secure, which was a big plus. Thank you for having us!

Sidney was very helpful to our one member of our group that had a later flight, which she really appreciated. Sidney supplied great information ahead of time which helped us with planning. It took us a couple of days to figure out where things were around the condo. It’s close to the beach and there was an evening open air market for souvenirs, local art, hats, tshirts etc. right along the road next to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there.

Excelente lugar! muy recomendado, es difícil encontrar en Copacabana lugares que cuenten con ese diseño y comodidad, es fácil de encontrar y de moverse en la ciudad, con restaurantes cerca y la playa al frente!
