Seaside house and private pier

Our house is located on the island of Itacuruçá and is only an hour and a half from Rio de Janeiro. Spending the day at our private pier, or on the beach, diving, reading, sipping and socializing with friends and family is a delight! We are very close to Ilha Grande and Restinga de Marambaia. You can hire the services of our housekeepers for cleaning and preparing meals, as well as for speedboat rides. These services are not included in your daily rate.

Cooking and cleaning service available, as well as shopping on land, for an extra 300 reais per day Initial and final transfer of guests included.

The house is located on the seafront, on Ilha do Áraujo - Paraty R.J. Araújo Island is the second largest island in Paraty, which is a 5-minute taxi boat ride from the mainland. The boarding for the island is done at the pier of Praia Grande, a fishing village that is 10 km from the Paraty highway interchange, at BR km 565, heading toward Rio. Cars are parked at Praia Grande in a private parking lot.
