🌴 The Casa Di Praia 🌴 A family home with a super leisure space! Ideal for seasons, events or weekends with family and/or friends! Note: We work on a Day Use basis for events with rates that differ from those for accommodation. OBS: ELECTRICITY on the outside. The amount of R$1.00 per KW consumed is charged. (The average with all climate connected 9h a day gives R$25). OBS: Excess guests in the house is charged R$150,00/night. We look forward to hearing from you! This is summer 365 days of the year!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, near the sea. Family home with swimming pool, large and spacious terrace. 4 equipped bedrooms, 3 with air-conditioning, full kitchen, living room and laundry area, Wi-Fi, security camera, electric fence, water from the well and artesian well. 400 meters from the beach, close to restaurants, market, police station, UPA (Emergency Care Unit), gas station. We do not have bed and bath linens, it accommodates 10 people well. Space for 10 people.

Rent with a successful for over 15 years, with services included ,44 hours per week, there is a maid and a helper/gardener. The difference is that it is not necessary to "go out" to restaurants, bars, etc. the house is already a place of leisure. It occupies 6 lots of a condominium of 8 lots, with only two houses built. The land is very bright, there are 3 posts on the side street facing the land. Monitored by cameras 24 hours. Energy, water and gas, included in price. WE DO NOT RENT FO EVENTS

Closed condominium house with 7 en-suites on Muro Alto beach. This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and groups of friends. Sleeps up to 23 people. Spacious, with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, a swimming pool, barbecue area, equipped kitchen, ample space for hammocks and space for exercise. The condominium has a soccer field, sand volleyball court and playground. All bedrooms with bed and bath linens. Couple of employees to assist between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Beautiful apartment situated on the 29th floor with panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets. Centrally located just 180 meters from the beach. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a queen-size bed, perfect for couples. It has a desk suited for a working holiday which folds against the wall if more space is needed to accommodate the two auxiliary pull-out beds to either side of the bed. The second bedroom is ensuite, and the living room has a fold-out double-size bed.
