IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple, iconic building, a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen with microwave, coffee makers, electric stove and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

Attention POOL is available! We have a 24-hour concierge, check-in is done directly at the gatehouse anytime after 3:00p.m., upon registration made in advance by the host. NOTE: We do not offer bar soap only liquid soap.
