IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple, iconic building, a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen with microwave, coffee makers, electric stove and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

Good trip flat, next to the shop and near the beach

A comfortable space lovingly prepared for guests. With an excellent location, it is possible to walk to places such as bakeries, restaurants, a supermarket, Shopping Center Recife, etc. Not to mention that the beach is a 15-minute walk away! Please note: A SWIMMING POOL is available! We have a 24-hour reception. Check-in is done directly at the gate at any time after 3 pm, after registration in advance with the host.
