Our stay was very quiet, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with nearby markets. The condominium is excellent and the apartment super spacious, we were in 5 adults and it looked like they were all at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. Recommend!!!

My stay was simply perfect! The host was extremely attentive, helpful, super friendly, understanding and responded quickly to all messages (Aline has a heart of gold). From the beginning, he showed genuine care to ensure that everything went well. The place was impeccably clean, well decorated and exactly as in the photos — in fact, even better! The bed was very comfortable, the utensils were complete, and the small details made all the difference, such as clear guidelines for check-in and check-out. The location was also excellent: safe, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I recommend it with my eyes closed and would undoubtedly return!

The hostess takes a while to respond, but nothing that gets in the way, has made us feel very comfortable. it was all perfect. recommend

The house is right next to a street that basically gives access to everything, the neighborhood is quiet, the space is comfortable and cozy, the pool is warm and the beds are comfortable! Also, Sarah and Eduardo were very kind! I highly recommend this place

The house is excellent. It is huge, with many outdoor areas of coexistence, space overlooking nature, away from the noise of the city. Bruno was a great host, always flexible and easy to communicate. In the end, it even helped us return a forgotten object in the house. I recommend it.

I had never rented by this site because I was afraid to get there and be disappointed, but I was surprised, as the place went beyond what I had imagined.

The stay was very quiet, it is a quiet neighborhood, for those who are by car is very timely, the shopping and entertainment is one kilometer the nearest, the house is comfortable and the host is very proactive.

From the beginning, the host was kind and attentive, clarifying all our doubts. Check-in was super practical, with facial recognition and an electronic lock. At the entrance, the hostess had already authorised our entry by the car plate and guest identification. The apartment is cozy, small, but very well furnished and decorated. Living room and two bedrooms that serve a couple with up to two children very well. Good water pressure, air conditioning in the rooms that cools the whole apartment and despite the heat of Cuiabá, the apartment is not hot, even during the day. The apartment has all the amenities, such as appliances, refrigerator, stove/oven, washing machine, microwave, etc. TV in the living room and in one of the rooms. Anyway, it was a very pleasant experience. Our benchmark for accommodation in Cuiabá.

Great apartment. Nice features and a washing machine. Not too far from things to do. A 5-minute uber can take you to restaurants and malls. Host is very responsive.
